Job Description:

  • Evaluate visa requirements, assist clients with necessary documents and procedures, submit applications promptly, and stay updated on visa regulations for accurate client guidance.
  • Assist clients in booking flights that align with their preferences and budgets. Provide detailed flight information, including schedules and routes. Efficiently confirm reservations and manage ticket changes or cancellations when required.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by offering personalized travel solutions, nurturing client relationships, and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor when addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of visa applications and bookings.
  • Ensure secure handling and storage of client information and documents.

Requirements Qualifications:

  • Open to Asian nationals.
  • Maximum 40 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate.
  • Minimum of 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role, focusing on Visa and Ticket services.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE visa requirements, application processes, and travel regulations.
  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for flight reservations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for reservations and documentation.
