  • Maintain all standards set by the Sous Chef/Chef De Partie for exceptional food quality and controls in all areas.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Open to Asian nationals, maximum 38 years old.
  • High school graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the pastry section.
  • Basic Food Handling (BFH) certificate is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in pastry and baking, along with knowledge of cooking methods, knife handling, and cooking processes.
