In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, Process SOX, working on the SOX implementation program.

The Role:

  • Lead Process SOX workshops, ensuring timely completion of process design work.
  • Conduct close meetings with process owners and HODs/CFOs, obtaining agreement on gaps, remediations, and key controls.
  • Collaborate with the GITC SOX team, understanding the full control landscape, including aspects like SODs, IUCs, Joiners, and Leavers.
  • Document design and testing results using process maps, RACMs, and testing templates.
  • Provide training and guidance on SOX requirements and controls to control and process owners.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of design and testing for allocated processes.
  • Support remediation efforts with practical recommendations meeting Sarbanes Oxley Act requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in SOX programs; Big 4 experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Sarbanes Oxley Act requirements.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools like MS Visio and GRC tools.
  • Effective communication skills, including proficiency in French and/or Portuguese.
  • Collaborative, team player with strong project management skills.
  • Open to international travels to Africa, Middle East, and South America.
