About the Client:
Our client is a prominent provider of premium hospitality products.
Job Description:
- Facilitate sales activities for a diverse array of products, encompassing housekeeping items (bathroom sets, leather goods), tableware (crockery, cutlery, glassware), and items crafted from copper, brass, and steel, as well as other local products.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, including pre-opening hotels, existing hotels, restaurants, and procurement firms in both the UAE and international markets.
- Develop an in-depth familiarity with the products offered, comprehending their features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their requirements.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure punctual product delivery and swiftly resolve any customer concerns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ activities through diligent research, identifying new opportunities, and enhancing our product offerings.
- Diligently manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, while maintaining organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to Indian, Filipino, and Pakistani nationals.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Profound product knowledge pertaining to housekeeping and tableware products.
- Prior experience engaging with pre-opening hotels, existing hotels, restaurants, and procurement companies in both the UAE and international markets.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in local and international procurement processes.
- Proven ability to successfully close orders with clients from the specified industries.
- Proficient in the use of sales and CRM software.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given priority.
