Our Performance Marketer will be instrumental in driving business growth through performance advertising, encompassing user acquisition, basket size augmentation, reorder rate enhancement, and more, across multiple channels. Additionally, they will provide insights and recommendations for conversion improvement projects aimed at maximizing revenue while minimizing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and meticulously monitor campaign performance across various channels (Direct, Free Search, Paid Search, Social Media, Associates, Other) and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Establish a tracking and reporting system for campaign/platform performance (attribution, measurement, analytics) and set key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the marketing budget for a portfolio of brands, strategizing for lead generation, retention, LTV (Lifetime Value), ROI (Return on Investment), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) to meet predefined performance uplift expectations.
- Design, conduct, and evaluate A/B tests for creative marketing concepts.
- Craft highly relevant traffic-driving ads, overseeing both copywriting and visuals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze multiple sets of data to identify opportunities and formulate strategic proposals to enhance performance (e.g., customer journey review) and swiftly execute approved recommendations.
- Enhance the associates ecosystem, collaborate with third parties, and leverage these relationships to stimulate traffic and conversion growth.
- Manage the e-marketing budget and optimize it daily to achieve online business targets.
- Oversee relationships with external digital marketing agencies.
- Adapt and optimize creative assets and conversion touchpoints.
- Analyze and report on results using Google Analytics and other internal platforms.
Requirements:
Qualifications for Success:
- 3-4 years+ experience in performance marketing across multiple channels.
- Strong background in fashion e-commerce.
- Knowledge of offline marketing stores with the ability to craft an omnichannel performance strategy.
- Prior experience in budget management and agency oversight.
- Proficiency in Arabic or French is preferred.
