Type of Employment: Full-Time
We are actively seeking motivated and experienced real estate agents who are proficient in Mandarin to join our globally renowned company. If you are dedicated, hardworking, and adaptable, with a passion for success and financial rewards, we want you on our team. This role will be based at our Dubai headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet individual monthly targets
- Promote properties in Dubai and the UAE through private meetings, events, and networking
- Deliver presentations to potential clients and conduct property viewings
- Handle lead inquiries following Chestertons’ guidelines in a professional manner
- Manage both new and existing leads, keeping CRM records updated
- Assist in Chestertons’ social media efforts, marketing events, and promotional initiatives
- Identify potential key connectors and referral partners to establish a revenue pipeline
- Support advertising and PR strategies
- Enhance and maintain Chestertons’ market profile
- Adhere to RERA standards and business codes of ethics

Please note that this is a commission-based role.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of sales experience in real estate or a similar sales industry
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential
- Must possess a car and a valid UAE driving license
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire for financial success
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with CRM software usage
