Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced real estate agents proficient in Mandarin to join our globally renowned company, known for its excellence in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving monthly targets, promoting properties in Dubai and the UAE, conducting client meetings and viewings, and managing leads with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual monthly targets through proactive sales efforts.
- Promote Dubai and other UAE properties through private meetings, events, and networking.
- Conduct presentations to potential clients and organize property viewings.
- Handle lead enquiries according to Chestertons guidelines, ensuring a professional approach.
- Manage new and existing leads, updating activities in the CRM system.
- Support Chestertons’ social media posts, marketing events, and promotional initiatives.
- Establish relationships with key connectors and referral partners to create revenue pipelines.
- Support advertising and PR strategies to enhance the company’s visibility.
- Maintain and enhance Chestertons’ profile in the market while adhering to RERA standards and ethical business codes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of sales experience in real estate or a similar sales industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
- Own car and valid UAE driving license.
- Driven individual motivated to achieve financial success.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
