This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker position located in Dubai. The Real Estate Broker will assume responsibility for overseeing real estate transactions, delivering exceptional customer service, fostering client relationships, and successfully closing sales transactions. The ideal Real Estate Broker should possess an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market in Dubai and possess expertise in real estate brokerage, customer service, property management, and sales.

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in brokerage, real estate, sales, and property management (including secondary markets and off-plan properties).
  • Proficient in customer service, capable of building and nurturing relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • A degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is advantageous.
  • Possession of a professional license in real estate brokerage in Dubai is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, Chinese, or Russian is an advantage.
