Job Description:
As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our team, ensuring seamless integration of new employees, promoting positive employee relations, and handling various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include developing effective onboarding programs, conducting new employee orientations, managing the recruitment process, addressing employee concerns promptly, and administering employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for seamless employee integration.
- Conduct new employee orientations to familiarize them with company policies, culture, and job expectations.
- Manage the full recruitment process and provide support to the operations team.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts promptly and professionally to foster positive relations.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and leave management, to ensure high employee satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Expertise in UAE Labor Law.
- Proficient in various HR functions, including training, recruitment, performance appraisals, KPI management, payroll, and employee relations.
