Job Description / Role
Position Type: Contract
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to

  • Performing reception duties such as welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and serving beverages.
  • Coordinating the dispatch of letters and documents for courier services.
  • Conducting document scanning tasks for colleagues.
  • Managing the archival and retrieval of older documents through Infofort.
  • Overseeing office supplies and stationary inventory.
  • Distributing incoming postal mail to colleagues.
  • Registering managers for various events, such as the French Business Council (FBC).
  • Booking meeting rooms and making reservations for flights, hotels, restaurants, and events.
  • Handling business card orders.
  • Managing electronic funds transfer (EFT) procedures, including parking, building/office access cards, and gate passes.
  • Overseeing office maintenance and upkeep, including arranging repairs for lights, switches, air conditioning, and planters.
  • Renewing the subscription for the 24×7 DCD Direct Alarm System.
  • Managing contracts for IT, district cooling, office cleaning, MEP & fire alarm, FBC, hotels, Aramex, Infofort, planters, and more.

Salary:
AED 4,500 to 5,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
