Role Summary: As a Service Assistant, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth internal mail movement, providing beverage services, and supporting administrative needs within the department. You will contribute to maintaining office cleanliness, adhering to administrative policies, and executing tasks like photocopying, binding, and shredding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks (photocopying, binding, shredding, office upkeep).
- Maintain cleanliness in office premises.
- Provide beverage service for the assigned department.
- Follow all administrative policies and standard operating procedures.
- Implement activities under supervision.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school or secondary-level education.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
