About the Client:
Our client is an upscale restaurant nestled within a high-rise tower/hotel in JBR.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage department, with a special focus on room service.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the room service team, which includes order takers, food preparers, delivery personnel, and other F&B staff involved in room service.
  • Oversee and optimize the room service workflow to ensure prompt and accurate order placement, food preparation, and delivery to guest rooms.
  • Exercise fiscal responsibility by monitoring expenses and controlling costs, aligning them with the budgeted financial objectives for the room service department.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to uphold food quality, presentation, and consistency in room service orders.

Requirements
Qualifications

  • Female candidates up to 45 years old.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or possess a relevant certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same role within the UAE.
  • Proficiency in F&B operations, room service protocols, and inventory management.
