Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Lets Go Maldives, Dubai Branch, you will be at the helm of driving business growth and expanding our presence in the GCC market. Your role will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and nurturing long-lasting client relationships. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional with a profound understanding of the travel industry, exceptional communication skills, and a relentless passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities: Business Growth:
- Formulate and execute effective strategies to attain business growth objectives within the Dubai market and GCC.
- Uncover and target fresh business prospects through diligent market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Craft and execute sales plans aimed at meeting revenue targets and bolstering profitability.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
- Conduct periodic meetings and follow-ups with clients to grasp their needs, offer support, and promote additional services.
- Identify and collaborate with potential partners, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients, to extend the company’s reach.
- Engage in negotiations and finalize partnership agreements that ensure mutual benefit and the sustainability of business relationships.
- Cultivate an in-depth understanding of DMC Lets Go Maldives’ products and services, encompassing travel packages, tours, accommodations, CRM, and reservation systems.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Sales – Marketing – Digital Marketing:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase the company’s offerings and generate leads.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform campaign strategy.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple platforms (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.).
- Set and monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and performance.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and other key metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for management, spotlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Dubai branch team to ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and a unified approach to achieving objectives.
Salary: USD 1,500 to 2,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Basic salary plus commission percentage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated track record in business development and sales, particularly within the travel industry.
- Possession of a robust network of contacts in the Dubai travel market is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Maldives’ travel market and destinations is a valuable asset.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory, with additional languages being beneficial.
- Resident of the UAE.
