About the Client:
Our client operates a high-end restaurant situated within a prominent high-rise tower/hotel in JBR.

Job Description:

  • Assume responsibility for the complete Profit & Loss of the outlet, actively reviewing and communicating financial data to facilitate timely and proactive decision-making.
  • Uphold impeccable standards of quality, service, and product delivery for our valued customers.
  • Foster and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with hotel partners.
  • Lead and nurture the team through training as necessary, conducting performance assessments, and addressing employee relations matters in alignment with the business’s growth objectives.
  • Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies with the Brand Marketing Manager to optimize revenue generation by enhancing brand development, introducing new products, and promoting the product range and brand identity.

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Open to Arabic nationals.
  • Maximum age of 45 years.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the Hotel F&B industry.
  • Ideally, 4 years’ experience in a managerial role within a hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in basic business mathematics and accounting principles.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
