Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve performance goals and uphold organizational standards. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team members’ performance and offer constructive feedback. Identify training needs and facilitate skill development to enhance team capabilities.

Workflow Management: Ensure efficient adherence to workflow processes, optimizing operational efficiency.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality service standards and implement/enforce quality control procedures to exceed customer expectations.

Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day department operations, proactively resolving operational challenges as they arise.

Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to the department. Generate performance reports and provide updates to management.

Training and Development: Assist in onboarding new employees and provide ongoing training. Support professional growth and development within the team.

Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.

Salary & Requirements:

  • Monthly Salary Range: AED 5,000 to 6,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field may be preferred.
    • Previous supervisory experience is typically required.
    • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant in Dubai.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
    • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (if applicable).
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
