Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
* Ensure the coffee shop maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food and beverage preparation.
* Monitor financial performance, control costs, and contribute to revenue growth.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements
Candidate Key Qualifications and experience:
* Experience: Significant restaurant management experience, particularly in coffee shop or food and beverage settings.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and oversee teams to achieve exceptional performance and guest satisfaction.
* Hospitality: In-depth understanding of hospitality operations, including customer service, food safety, and industry trends.
* Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage daily operations efficiently and maintain a well-functioning coffee shop.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage customers, staff, and suppliers effectively.
* Problem-Solving: Demonstrated aptitude for resolving operational challenges, customer concerns, and staff matters promptly.
* Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail to uphold quality standards in cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience.
