Senior Process Engineer (Water Treatment, Sewage Treatment, Desalination)

Process Engineering (Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Desalination Treatment Plant)

• Proficiency in one or more of the mentioned fields is advantageous.

• Extracting and synthesizing critical requirements from detailed project specifications to guide the design and execution team from the tender phase to project completion.

• Analyzing data on the quality of feed and treated water to devise effective water treatment solutions.

• Collaborating on plant and equipment layouts, contributing to the creation of plant general arrangements and 3D plant models. • Compiling schedules for equipment, instruments, and valves, and selecting equipment in alignment with project specifications.

• Developing piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).

• Conducting process modeling and design, spanning from the tender phase to detailed design, which includes hydraulic calculations, pump sizing, membrane and biological system modeling.

• Preparing project documentation, including plant control philosophy, operation, and maintenance manuals.

Requirements

• Senior Positions: Minimum 5+ years of experience

• Junior Positions: Minimum 2+ years of experience

• Design experience is mandatory.

• Familiarity with one or more of the aforementioned fields is advantageous.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in process and mechanical engineering from reputable universities.

• Robust experience in process and mechanical engineering design.
