Job Title: Biotech Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist in the biotech industry, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for promoting and selling our range of filters and consumable products to biotechnology research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and bioprocessing facilities in UAE and Oman. Your role is instrumental in expanding our customer base and driving revenue within this specialized market. We are seeking an Associate level professional who will receive extensive training to support the Biotech industry effectively.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct research to understand the unique needs and challenges of potential customers in the biotech sector.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for biotech consumables, including setting sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the biotech industry.
- Comprehend customer requirements and offer customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Develop in-depth expertise in our product portfolio, including filters, filtration systems, and other consumables.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as required.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals showcasing the value of our products.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager and stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Salary: AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, biotechnology, chemistry) preferred.
- Proven sales experience in the biotech industry, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of biotechnology research processes and consumables used in bioprocessing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel as required (Jordan, Iraq, Oman, and within UAE).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
