Job description / Role
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, over the phone, email, or in-person visits. Provide accurate information about the foundation’s services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
• Investigate and address customer complaints, concerns, or issues, ensuring timely resolution while adhering to established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Guide visitors through the application process for the foundation’s programs, explaining eligibility requirements, necessary documentation, deadlines, and any additional steps involved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and case details using the foundation’s designated systems or databases.
• Compile reports and provide statistical data related to customer service activities, as requested by management.
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Employment Type: 6 months contract
Salary: up to 8K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

• 31 years old and below
• At least 6 months in customer facing or customer service job
• Good English and Arabic command is a must
• Candidates with own visa are also welcome to apply
• Should be interested to work for a 6-month contract
