Job Vacancy: Customer Care Specialist

Salary: Up to 10,000 AED (all-inclusive), based on experience and qualifications
About Us:
We are a rapidly expanding quick service restaurant in the UAE, seeking a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and inquiries received via email, social media, and chat, ensuring a professional response.
- Investigate customer concerns, offering timely and satisfactory resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage with customers courteously, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Utilize various platforms to generate reports, communicate with customers, propose solutions, aid stores in reducing complaints, and boost customer satisfaction scores.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify recurring issues, suggesting improvements for an enhanced customer experience.
Requirements:
- Female, aged 35 years or below.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role.
- Previous experience as a Customer Care Specialist in a high-paced restaurant setting is advantageous.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
