Employment: Full Time
Are you an experienced Design Architect who is looking to join a global design firm that values its employees’ well-being and longevity?
We are looking for a Design Architect with 15 years’ of experience and high-level conceptual capability to join our clients as an Associate Design Architect.
Our clients are an award-winning global design firm operating in multiple countries and working on 1,000s of noteworthy projects across a wide range of sectors.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Working from home is also possible on some days
Gross monthly base salary:
• 40,000 AED

AED 40000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
University Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Specialist knowledge:
• Must be experienced in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and MS Office
• Sketchup, Enscape, Rhino and Grasshopper knowledge are highly desirable but not essential
Nature and length of previous experience:
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience, ideally 15 years (mixed-used, residential or hospitality)
• Strong in concept and high-design form
• Efficient in 3D modeling
• Experience leading and mentoring a team
• Proven experience on large-scale projects
• GCC / UAE experience – advantage but not essential
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and collaborative individual
Language Fluency:
• English
