Position: Operations Manager (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, vendors, and contractors throughout project lifecycles.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of project scopes, develop detailed project schedules and budgets, and diligently oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day project site operations and make informed material selections.
  • Effectively address any issues that arise during projects, conduct rigorous quality control inspections, and prepare progress reports for clients and management.
  • Attend and actively participate in job site meetings, as well as meetings with clients, building management, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Male, maximum 45 years of age
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the interior/fit-out industry in an Operations Manager role
    • Priority will be given to candidates available for immediate joining
