- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the family, optimizing their schedules.
- Prepare and manage essential documents, presentations, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conduct research and gather information as required, contributing to informed choices.
- Manage household staff, handling recruitment, training, and scheduling to maintain an effective team.
- Assist with personal tasks, ranging from shopping and errands to event planning, ensuring a hassle-free experience for the family.
- Uphold confidentiality, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Liaise with external service providers like lawyers, accountants, and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Oversee household finances, managing bill payments efficiently.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the family members, showcasing your versatility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, providing you with a strong academic foundation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an office manager or personal assistant, preferably in a family office or high-net-worth individual setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software, demonstrating your technical prowess.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills, ensuring precision in your tasks.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously with finesse.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when the situation demands.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, enhancing your suitability for this role.
