Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Operations Analyst – Trainee to join our dynamic team.   • Act as a liaison between the Technology team and stakeholders, aiding in issue analysis and resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by initiating process improvements and addressing deep-rooted issues.
  • Identify and provide solutions for recurring issues on the website and apps, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Verify operational stability during releases.
