Job Description:

  • Drive sales for a range of products including housekeeping items (bathroom sets, leather goods) and tableware (crockery, cutlery, glassware, items crafted from Copper, Brass, and Steel) within pre-opening hotels, existing hotels, and restaurants.
  • Create and maintain a database of leads, quotations, client information, daily agendas, and weekly reports to track progress.
  • Generate leads through proactive outreach methods such as phone calls, walk-ins, and email correspondence. Collaborate with suppliers, both domestic and international (India), to obtain competitive quotes.
  • Conduct client meetings to gain insights into their requirements, including specific items, sizes, materials, finishes, and quantities. Capture photographs and videos for reference.
  • Facilitate the smooth delivery of orders to clients and follow up on payment collections in cases of delayed payments.
